From engagements and anniversaries to bachelor and bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, and even class reunions!

PACKAGE A: BAR TAB

  • $350 beverage minimum for parties under 40

  • $500 beverage minimum for parties over 40

All beverage purchases count towards the minimum for the duration of the event. 

20% gratuity will be added to the total bill at the conclusion of the event. Gratuity cannot be applied towards the minimum bar tab. 

Host/point person is responsible for bar tab. 

There is no additional rental fee for the event space when the minimum bar tab has been reached. 

Capped at 3 hour event duration.

PACKAGE B: BY THE HOUR RENTAL

  • $75 per hour rental fee

No cap on event duration.

Host can choose from the following drink packages below:

OPEN BAR: host cover drink tab for entire party or up to a set amount.

CASH BAR: guests pay for their own beverages.

DRINK TOKENS: $7 per token available if you wish to cover a specific number of beverages.

*Tokens cover drafts & non-alcoholic beverages.

*Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to any tab greater than $100

PRIVATE EVENT FAQS

  • Our 60' x 30' outdoor event tent accommodates up to 100 guests. The space is set up with:

    • String lights

    • 6' picnic tables for seating

    • 8' buffet tables

    • Staffed Private Bar

    • Use of our propane Fire Pit

  • Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, baby & bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, class reunions, fundraisers, corporate gatherings, & more!

    • Entire bar menu is available. Includes wide range of dry & sweet cider, cider based cocktails, rotating local beer taps.

    • Check online menu nearing event date for updated seasonal menus.

    • *Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

    • We offer water pitchers, root beer, apple cider and a rotating slushie flavor.

    • You may provide additional non-alcoholic beverages for your guests; we suggest being prepared with your own cooler and ice.

    • Our space accommodates food trucks/trailers & catering services.

    • All catering options must be approved by Star Cider at least 30 days prior to the event.

    • We do not provide table service or table coverings, plates, and utensils.

    • Unfortunately, food prepared at a private residence is not permitted.

    • However, there are many local licensed food establishments to ensure your event is a success.

    • Ask for a list of suggestions if needed!

  • Popcorn Machine Rental: $40

    Fresh popcorn popped and tended by Star Cider staff for the duration of your event.

    • Decorations are allowed in the event tent and outdoor bar space.

    • Confetti is prohibited. 

    • Every event is allotted a half hour set-up and clean-up time.

    • All food, trash, and decorations need to be removed during this time.

    • We have outdoor live music booked throughout the summer on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    • Music schedule is subject to change.

    • Please inquire about specific musicians booked on your event date or if you would like to book your own band for the event!

    • We have limited parking spaces available on the premises during the CMAC concert season given our close proximity to the concert venue.

    • On concert nights, 30 parking spaces will be set aside for events guests.

    • We strongly recommend carpooling.

    • In order to reserve the date for your event, Star Cider will need to collect 50% of the rental fee or 50% prepayment of the set bar minimum as a deposit. 

    • A signed contract will also be collected. 

    • The total payment will be due at the conclusion of the event. 

  • No refunds will be given after bookings, but may reschedule within a week's notice of the event date.
